Counter-Notification

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where VavoomVids may be found;
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit false claims.
